For after-hours trade emergencies, contact Tymaline Building Services on 0418 362 023. Note: This service is for trade-related emergencies only. If an emergency is identified as a lot owner’s responsibility, costs for service will be applied to the Lot Owner or Occupant for this service. The minimum call out fee after hours is $360.00 plus GST.
